Our Agreement
Consignment Rules:
1. 50/50 split on merchandise sold
2. Term is 80 days
3. Items are discounted up to 50% during the 80 days or at discretion of store staff
4. On the 81st day all items become property of the store (to sell or donate)
5. It is your responsibility to keep track of the dates and pick up merchandise on/or before the 80th day
6. Your money from the sale of your merchandise stays in your account
and can be given to you by check or used as store credit. We do not
notify you, you must check with us about your balance.
7. To sell items we require an appointment to view your items, and we
decide at that time if we feel they will sell or not, and give back to
you what we think will not sell.
8. We prefer pictures of your furniture in advance and then we also set up appointments for you to bring in furniture
9. We have a mover if needed and is priced individually
10. Seasonal items are taken in just before or during that season only.
11. We begin taking Christmas items in late October.
12. When you make a furniture purchase, the item must be picked up within one week or we must charge a $20/day storage fee.
Delivery
We do have delivery service, the charges are individual.
For your convenience, allow us to view furniture prior to transporting it to the store.
